Mobile Radio Monitoring Station

Purpose:

  • The station is intended for all scale radio monitoring task solution being operated stand alone or as a part of automated spectrum monitoring systems (ARMADA, AREAL etc.) The station is based on all-wheel drive truck with isothermal van. Compare to ARGUMENT-I station, ARGUMENT-P station provides more functionality including measuring of satellite communication signal parameters, monitoring of broadcasting and analogue/digital TV signals.

Typical Configuration:

  • Workstation No. 1 Search, detection, direction finding.
    • ARTIKUL-M Automatic Mobile Direction Finder with dismountable or fixed antenna system under radio transparent radome and integrated navigation equipment (operating frequency range 20-3000 MHz, simultaneous bandwidth up to 5 MHz)
    • Additional mast-mounted DF antenna system and mast for operation at stops
    • Control and display unit with SMO-PPK, SMO-STA, SMO-ASPD Software Packages.
  • Workstation No. 2 Workstation 2. Measurement of field strength and parameters of communication and data transmission systems (9 kHz - 43 GHz), decoding and analysis of service information of GSM, UMTS, IS-95, cdma2000, EV-DO, TETRA, DECT, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, DMR, APCO P25 systems and signals of DVB-T1/H/T2 digital TV, amplitude automated direction finding.
    • ARGAMAK-IS Panoramic Field Strength Meter designed for mobile application (simultaneous bandwidth up to 22 MHz, frequency range 0.009-3000 MHz, Certificate of Approval of Measuring Equipment Type No 47238, certified measuring procedure)
    • Set of mast-mounted measuring antennae
    • ARC-A7A-3 Broadband Antenna for Installation on Vehicle

As option ARGUMENT-P may be supplemented with a mobile rest station equipped with 6 rest places for operators, a kitchen, and bathroom unit containing a shower cabin, and a toilet.
